Production

  • Grew Star Trek Timelines revenue by 10% through managing the development of new features and content of 40 weekly events, including 3 month long mega events.
  • Led a cross-functional team of 25 through the Agile development process.
  • Acted as a scrum master for multi-discipline crews of game developers, which included facilitating planning sessions, running daily stand-ups, and resolving impediments as they arose.
  • Worked in the trenches with Artists, Designers, QA, and Engineers, helping the developers focus on the highest priority work with an eye on the schedule.
  • Ensured the development team was consistently delivering high quality gameplay experiences on schedule while maintaining a healthy work/life balance.
  • Lead on Star Trek events and new features: Starbases, Voyages, Fleets, and an overhaul on the User Interface of the game which lead to an increase in LTV, Retention, and longer play sessions per player.
  • Collaborated and negotiated with product owners, game leads, and managers to ensure everybody was on board with the team’s current direction.
  • Acted as product knowledge base for the entire team.
  • Developed new workflow pipelines for content and art creation, build deployments, and quality assurance.
  • Contributed to the production process and helped refine production pipelines, including grooming and maintaining backlogs.
  • Worked alongside the Production team to ensure an efficient and consistent production process was used across all Disruptor Beam games. 
  • Developed Escalation plans for Disruptor Beam's live games.
  • Coordinated the QA and testing effort during production, closed, and open beta, through launch and ongoing in the live game environment.
  • Communicated to individual team members and contributors in various departments, fellow producers, and management on the status of live issues, tasks, features, and projects.
  • Acted as the primary liaison between the Star Trek team, DevOps, Publishing, Quality Assurance, Player Support, and licensing partners.
  • Managed relationships with licensing partners CBS and contractors.
