Production:

  • Tracked production processes through team leads to maintain schedule and documentation.
  • Managed team backlogs, reviewed completed tasks, and stressed to ensure implementation met sprint quality goals.
  • Worked directly with talented designers, engineers, artists, and other producers to ensure the smooth development of quality products.
  • Actively removed roadblocks that threatened development timelines.

Quality Assurance: 

  • Maintained an accurate, up-to-date bug database in JIRA. 
  • Created test cases for sprints based on design documents. Kept test cases up to date during development as features and content were implemented. Documented testing progress using test cases. 
  • Provided QA estimates as features and content was implemented and managed QA hours in conjunction with Production team. Sent regular bug reports to Development team.
  • Investigated, reproduced, and reported any bugs, providing detailed reproduction steps. Worked close with developer to achieve resolutions. Performed regression tests to verify bug resolution. 
  • During the build lock performed release testing, prioritized bugs to be addressed, approved / rejected release candidate builds, wrote release note and known issues list. 
  • Organized and lead internal group playlists. 
  • Maintained QA lab and computers, including: setting up new devices, performing software installs and updates, updating documentation, and managing check-out logs.
 
It’s a really cool take on the saturated raiding-strategy genre, and one that does a lot of nifty things in re-implementing an App Store classic’s gameplay in a more modern package.
